Healing Yoga and Sound Bath
A Sound Bath begins with Kundalini Yoga and meditation. Then we move into an hour-long deeply restorative sound bath with three beautiful symphonic gongs, crystal alchemy singing bowls, a pandrum, a didgeridoo, Tibetan bowls and a water bottle. This creates a reinforced vibration that affects the entire body, releasing stress, balancing the nervous system, and bringing the mind to total calm. The sound vibration aligns meridians in the body to open to healing. Come discover the healing power behind sound!
