About The Event
A mixed-level class which combines strength and flexibility training to help you continue the day with power and calm. Niki combines Hatha Yoga with a variety of core strengthening techniques and restorative yoga. Music adds great energy to this one-hour class.
Niki Feldman has taught yoga for 21 years and practiced Massage Therapy for 25 years. She is still amazed by the strength and resilience of the human body, as well as the body-mind connection.
