UTAH RETREAT with Heather Lee Farrell
Time & Location
About The Event
RSVP or be on email list for more information!
Enjoy a specular wellness retreat that focuses on yoga, breath work, natural movement and forest bathing. We will stay at a retreat ranch that sits on 168 acres at the mouth of a stunning valley surrounded by the Dixie National Forest, presenting unobstructed and breathtaking panoramic views.
Our retreat will be located near illuminated Painted Desert of the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument; which is a huge tract of gorgeous desert wilderness. Bryce Canyon, Capital Reef National Park and near the famous Burr Trail are also nearby! For archaeology or geology buffs, you will find this area fascinating as it contains endless ancient petroglyphs and pictographs; you can see 275 million years of earth’s history in the rock layers! We will offer optional excursions to explore the surrounding area.
If you drive to the retreat (or travel by airplane), you will be dropped off from Iconic Highway 12 which is named one of the most scenic highways in the entire country.
