Unfolding the Mystery of Dreams with Herb McDonald and Marissa Seiler
Time & Location
About The Event
Why is it important to connect with dreams? Dreams are the one resource we have access to on a nightly basis where our unconscious reigns totally free. We have no control of the narrative or what should or shouldn't be. There are no rules. Our unconscious has complete freedom to play and express as it sees fit.
Many dismiss dreams as meaningless, but can we rather see dreams as an opportunity to connect with deeper part of ourselves? Can we connect with a deeper facet of the self that is more unknown and mysterious in nature, the part of ourselves which is not swayed or skewed by our everyday ego and thoughts?
In this class, we will explore basic methods of dreaming theory, how to unfold a dream, and potentially integrate their wisdom in our wider lives. Join us!
