About The Event
Enrollment entitles you to access the two-hour recording of this workshop until August 1, 2021.
Yoga is a powerful component of your health maintenance "tool kit" to build resilience against seasonal flus. Summer is a great time to prepare for the flu season. In this workshop we will practice deeply relaxing poses to increase resistance and stamina while calming the nervous system and deepening breath capacity.
