About The Event
Pranayama is the science of utilizing the controlled breath to direct, harmonize, and energize life force called prana.
Part one will begin with breath explorations to help release obstacles to the breath. In addition, foundational pranayama techniques will be introduced.
Part two will build upon these principals and introduce more refined pranayamas. As the classes are progressive and sequential, part one is prerequisite for part two and drop-ins are not available.

He has taught ongoing yoga classes, teachers training programs and workshops here and abroad since that time.Though asana and pranayama have become primary disciplines, the philosophy of yoga is still at the heart of his practice and teaching.
