All levels are welcome. Single day registration available. Two weeks video access included.

March 13: Hips and Sacroiliac: Practice Informed by Anatomy

This livestream class will teach you how to use yoga to safely align, mobilize and strengthen your hip joints while simultaneously seating and stabilizing your sacroiliac joints. Roger will alternate anatomical explanation with immediate practice to give you intuitive understanding and a deep, rewarding experience. He will offer adaptations for those who have physical challenges.

March 14: Restorative Yoga: Practice Informed by Physiology

Iyengar-style restorative yoga uses precisely aligned, supported postures to trigger multiple relaxation reflexes, inducing extraordinary states of physical rest and mental peace. At the beginning of this livestream session, Roger will explain the science and technique in easily understandable terms. The rest of the session will be devoted to practicing an exceptionally effective sequence of restorative postures to give you the deepest relaxation possible.

Roger Cole, Ph.D. is an internationally recognized, certified Iyengar yoga teacher trained at the Iyengar Yoga Institutes in San Francisco and Pune, India.
