Rebirthing provides excellent guidance for personal growth and knowledge. This workshop will use pranayama, Kundalini Yoga, and the playing of the gong to heal pain of the past and overcome obstacles standing between you and your goal of living your best possible life - a life in which you are awakened, rejuvenated and present to your purpose. Perhaps the most powerful use of the gong with yoga occurred in Yogi Bhajan’s rebirthing classes. Yogi Bhajan used the gong to exalt the students in their effort to clear the subconscious mind of past pain, hidden memories and old emotional patterns that compromise our happiness and sabotage our success.

Deva Khalsa, who was taught Kundalini Yoga and Rebirthing by Yogi Bhajan, will gently guide you with the therapeutic vibration of the gong, one of the most transformational practices in Kundalini Yoga. A certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, and hypnotherapist, Deva has been happily teaching weekly classes and workshops at High Desert Yoga for 3 years and has been teaching Kundalini Yoga around the world for 27 years. In 2018 Deva and a team of Kundalini Yoga teachers started the Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in Albuquerque, which begins again in November 2019. She also teaches weekly Kundalini Meditation & Yoga for PTSD & Anxiety classes at High Desert Yoga.

Deva is also an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, cookbook author, and cleansing expert.
