Please join me for this online class as we share our experience through this challenging time. This class is open to all levels of yoga asana practice and includes breath awareness and exploring a soothing restorative practice together. Let us move towards well-being and joy in our mutual practice from my home to yours. There may be opportunities to present this class outdoors, from my yard to your home. Looking forward to seeing you there.

Stefa Zawerucha has been a teacher, dancer, choreographer and poet for over 40 years, finding herself nurtured on her path to yoga by remarkable people, a passion for the body, and her lifelong experience teaching people with different backgrounds and abilities. She worked in deaf culture for 25 years and is an advanced signer in American Sign Language, as well as teaching dance to autistic and blind students. Stefa completed her 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training and Senior Yoga Certification at High Desert Yoga in 2017, and is registered with Yoga Alliance as RYT-500. She teaches senior, adaptive, and gentle level classes at HDY and is inspired to continue reaching out to share the precious gift of yoga with everyone and is grateful for this further nurturing of her own spirit.

This class will take place on Zoom. Register for the class at least 30 minutes beforehand. You will receive the Zoom link in a confirmation email at the end of the registration process and again in a reminder email one day before the class. Please join the Zoom meeting 10–15 minutes before the class begins.

While you do not need a Zoom plan to participate, you can set up a free Basic Zoom Plan to practice using Zoom.
