Deep Relaxation Yoga Nidra is for everyone. No meditation or yoga experience is necessary.
Deep Relaxation Yoga Nidra practice helps to reduce the stress and tensions we carry with us in our everyday lives. This modern-adapted practice of Yoga Nidra, provides techniques to help you inquire into your current, unique experience of seeing, hearing, feeling, sensing, tasting, smelling and thinking. Deep Relaxation Yoga Nidra is an effective technique for cultivating a deeply calm nervous system that makes it possible to fully relax physically, mentally and emotionally. Bring your mind into a healing, restful state suspended between being awake and asleep. Enjoy feeling revitalized, a calm nervous system, stress relief and increased health and wellness. We begin class with gentle movement and Yin Yoga then make our way into a restful Yoga Nidra practice where all you need to do is experience the transformation of deep deep relaxation.

Heather Lee Farrell works from a diverse yet integrated wellness background rooted in the belief that all aspects of our life matter in health and wellness. She has taught yoga since 2003 (trauma-informed ERYT500). When it benefits students, she draws from training in natural movement derived from Katy Bowman and MovNat and utilizes therapy balls via training in The Roll Model Method. As a Health practitioner, she offers Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Functional Medicine and Nutrition studies with certification in Health, Wellness and Life Coaching to support people in transformational wellness shifts. She spends part of the year in wilderness and will trek the Pacific Crest Trail in 2020!
