We'll relax the face and jaw, explore both active and gentle twists, open the chest, and soften the belly through physical postures and full exhalations. After the yoga practice you'll enjoy a sampling of Celestina's tasty and nutritious treats.

Niki Feldman has been teaching yoga since 1995, bringing an eclectic blend movement and fun to her classes. She teaches Yoga for Lunch at High Desert Yoga and also practices massage therapy at the Healing Arts Center.

Chef Celestina Brunetti RDN, LD, blends the worlds of culinary arts with nutrition by helping people discover a sustainable wellness plan through wholesome & delicious food. With a history of working exclusively in fine dining in restaurants from New York City to Las Vegas, Celestina has gained knowledge of food preparation and puts a unique and healthy spin on traditional dishes. As a personal chef, Celestina meal preps and cooks multi-course individualized meals for her clients in their homes. Celestina also works with clients as a registered dietitian where she translates a meal plan from numbers to what the food will actually look like on the plate. At Wellness Cucina excellent food is my priority and passion…good nutrition just falls into place.
