“Healing doesn’t mean the damage never existed. It means the damage no longer controls our lives.” -Akshay Dubey

In my pursuit of health in my education, personal health, and as a practitioner I have focused on the process of healing and working towards a multifaceted and functional foundation. My passion lies in addressing the deep nature of imbalance both in nutrition as well as bodywork and then assisting the body in finding balance. My education was greatly put to the test in my own health when diagnosed with breast cancer.  Not only did I rely on my education to support my healing but dug deeper into functional nutrition and bodywork to further heal. I believe in order to truly bring about health there needs to be time spent looking at the source of the pain or imbalance. I used this perspective to heal and in the continual process of supporting my personal health and take this approach to assist you in achieving your personal health goals.  As a bodyworker, my focus and passion lies in addressing imbalance through neuromuscular trigger points and myofascial restrictions. I believe to fully alleviate muscle pain the connective tissue and nervous system must be equally integrated into the treatment plan. I have completed continuing education in these areas as well as craniosacral therapy, posture analysis, and sports massage which I integrate into the bodywork session. My focus in nutrition is based on an anti-inflammatory diet and lifestyle. I use my nutrition education to establish a baseline and nutrition recommendations. I then further support you through my education as a health coach to create and maintain habits that will lead to lasting change.

“I hope all is well with you and you are healthy in body as you are strong in spirit.” 3 John 1:2
