About The Event

Enrollment entitles you to access the two-hour recording of this workshop until August 15, 2021, 6pm  MDT.

This two-hour workshop focuses on increasing space, strength, stability, and mobility in the joint between the pelvis— which is a major storage area for tension and old emotions— and the femur (thigh bone), called the hip joint. As we work with the relationship of the pelvis and femur the hip joint comes into better alignment and discomfort eases. Offer yourself relief and discover an accessible sequence of postures to keep your hips happy and healthy so you can enjoy your life.

Props: Please have a chair, sticky mat, yoga strap, a firm blanket, and a yoga bolster (or 2–3 additional blankets).
