Thai Yoga Massage is a treat for both giver & receiver. As the giverstretches and moves into a variety of yoga-like positions, they also move their partner into familiar yoga poses that encourage length in muscles, space in joints and ease in the mind. This workshop will give you a great foundation, deep relaxation and a full massage sequence thatyou can share with friends and family
Each offering of this workshop will explore a different sequence of postures, so you can keep adding to your toolbox!
Marisa Wolfe  is a Yoga Teacher and Licensed Massage Therapist who has a passion forThai Yoga Massage. Her classes are infused with humor while seriously exploring functional anatomy, body mechanics, metta, meditation and the joy of movement.
