Thai Yoga Massage is a treat for both giver & receiver. As the giver stretches and moves into a variety of yoga-like positions, they also move their partner into familiar yoga poses that encourage length in muscles, space in joints and ease in the mind. This workshop will give you a great foundation, deep relaxation and a full massage sequence that you can share with friends and family.

Each offering of this workshop will explore a different sequence of postures, so you can keep adding to your toolbox!

Marisa Wolfe  is a Yoga Teacher and Licensed Massage Therapist who has a passion forThai Yoga Massage. Her classes are infused with humor while seriously exploring functional anatomy, body mechanics, metta, meditation and the joy of movement. This workshop will take place on Zoom. Register at least 30 minutes beforehand. You will receive the Zoom link in a confirmation email at the end of the registration process and again in a reminder email one day before the class. While you do not need a Zoom plan to participate, you can set up a free Basic Zoom Plan to practice using Zoom.
