POETRY OF YOGA: A WELLNESS RETREAT with Zoreh & Supriti
Time & Location
About The Event
Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and Deep Rest
Both poetry and Yoga draw our attention to a single point of concentration and focus, leading us into the threshold of the big space of insight and spaciousness within. Come join Zoreh and Supriti in magical Taos, New Mexico and explore the beauty of poetry and asana as they unfold the body and mind into the stillness of the now.
Cool off and let go of the burdens that prevent you from feeling fully present, alive, and joyful. Enjoy two nights at the gorgeous San Geronimo Lodge, including festive catered dinners each night, and a gourmet brunch each morning. Expand your inner horizons with meditation and both active and restorative yoga sessions with Zoreh and Supriti. There will be ample rest and quiet time to book a massage or partake in nurturing activities such as journaling, stargazing, hiking, or exploring Taos. Soak in the Black Rock Hot Springs or become enchanted on the shores of the Rio Grande River. Emerge refreshed and renewed, ready to fully embrace your life.
