Join us for a week of Yoga and Pilates, Breathing, Meditation and Deep Relaxation in Troncones, Mexico, a place of soft ocean waves, coconut trees, sunshine and the serene beauty of nature. We will be staying at Hacienda Edén on Manzanilla Bay, one of the most protected and tranquil beaches on the Pacific coast of Mexico.
For the first time ever, Dr. Lesley Toser will guide this week of transformative movement and breath. Lesley has decades of experience working with therapeutics for most health conditions.
This January 2027 retreat will be transformational, so much more than a vacation! It will let you relax and rejuvenate your body, your mind and your entire being including your nervous system. Through yoga, pilates, breathing, meditation and relaxation you will feel transformed by the end of this week. Dr. Toser will teach some neuroscience based tools for deep transformation.
