About The Event

This 8-week class series focuses on restoring balance, releasing stored trauma , and engaging the body and mind to heal and self regulate. We begin with building a foundation through the breath, and add layers of increasing skill to build endurance and restore the nervous system, natural rhythm, and vitality, addressing the underlying causes of PTSD through the physiology of the brain and body to change the psychology of the mind and emotional response. These practices help connect to your experience and continue to build your awareness and self-excellence, so that you can feel more peace and improve sleep.
