About The Event

In this 8-week class series Kundalini meditations are combined with simple postures, pranayama (breath exercises), mantra, and deep relaxation to address the underlying causes of PTSD and anxiety. The intention of this series is to teach self-regulation and self-resiliency to help release stored trauma, relieve anxiety, and feel more peace. As these practices restore the nervous system and its natural rhythm and vitality, the psychology of the mind and emotional response come into balance so you can feel more peace and sleep better. All levels are welcome.

Deva Khalsa is an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, Clinical Herbalist, and 26 year veteran of teaching Kundalini Yoga, certified in teaching trauma informed yoga.
