We live in bodies. Our bodies continually give us information. With increased awareness and the ability to differentiate and make sense of this information, we are likely to make more skillful choices in how we use our bodies and live our lives.

In this in-depth workshop we will play with many activities to deepenour felt-sense awareness. As we slow down and notice more deeply this feedback, we discover a childlike curiosity and delight in embodiment.

Patti Lentz has been a physical therapist for 47 years and a yoga teacher for 17. She combines the wisdom of yoga with medical science to serve her students and clients ina deeper, “felt sense” approach. She empowersher students through curiosity and exploration,helping them find more skill and less fear inmeeting their challenges. She teaches anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic approaches to yoga teachers nationwide. Patti is deeply curious and enjoys finding ways to take yoga“off the mat.”
