After the meditation, we will serve tea and begin orientation, talking more in depth about the upcoming Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training. Join us to ask your questions or to learn about this amazing course, even if you cannot make it this time, but hope to attend a future Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training.
