About The Event

ONE DOUBLE OCCUPANCY SPACE LEFT. SIGN UP FOR THE WAITLIST BELOW.

Find your roots and spread your wings as we guide you in the full spectrum of yoga with this inspiring yoga retreat in Troncones, Mexico, a tranquil and beautiful beach, washed by the warm clear waters of the Pacific Ocean. Troncones is located 20 miles from the fabulous sleepy fishing village of Zihuatanejo. We will be staying on Manzanilla Bay, the most protected and beautiful beach in Troncones at Hacienda Eden, which offers oceanfront bungalows and rooms as well as air-conditioned suites. You'll enjoy delicious, healthy seafood and vegetarian entrees prepared by professional gourmet chefs with two meals included each day.

Just a short walk down the glorious beach, you will arrive at Yoga del Pacifico, where each day Zoreh and Elise will offer two nourishing and revitalizing Yoga classes. We begin the day with chanting, meditation and yoga postures. The afternoon class is dedicated to transformational poses to set you free with inversions, restoratives, and pranayama. Zoreh and Elise have extensive experience working with therapeutics including scoliosis.

During your retreat you will enjoy ample opportunities for restful, quiet time, or to partake in many activities such as swimming, bird watching, eco-tours with special hikes to caves, a swimming hole and a kayaking adventure on a nearby lagoon. Horseback riding, massage, shopping trips to Zihuatanejo, a boat trip to beautiful Ixtapa Island with snorkeling, and deep sea fishing are other optional activities.
