So many things have changed in the last few weeks! Change is stressful, chaotic, disorienting, unwanted, and unbalancing; the usual ways we take care of ourselves are not enough and maybe not even available. Yet for most of us, when we look back at our lives, we discover that some of the greatest learnings and most dynamic periods of personal growth occurred during periods of change. 

In this group, we will create supportive community, and learn mind/body tools for finding meaning in chaos and unwanted situations in order to ease stress, connect with our deeper wisdom, and accelerate growth. The group will be limited in size to allow individual focus and participation.

Herb McDonald is a certified Iyengar Yoga instructor, has had a private practice for over 30 years in Clinical Herbalism, and has a Masters Degree in Process Work Facilitation.
