Relish the Present Moment with this Yoga Retreat in Troncones, Mexico, a tranquil and beautiful beach, washed by the warm clear waters of the Pacific Ocean. Troncones is located 20 miles from the fabulous sleepy fishing village of Zihuatanejo. We will be staying on Manzanilla Bay, the most protected and beautiful beach in Troncones at Hacienda Eden and Casa Manzanilla. You'll enjoy delicious, healthy seafood and vegetarian entrees prepared by professional gourmet chefs with two meals included each day.
Just a short walk down the glorious beach, you will arrive at Yoga del Pacifico, the outdoor studio where each day Zoreh and Tiffany will offer two classes exploring yoga asana and breath to unfold natural, fluid  movement inside the structure of the pose. As restrictions fall away you'll expand authentically into your own unique sense of play, joy, and expression of organic dance.
During your retreat you will enjoy ample opportunities for restful, quiet time, or to partake in many activities such as swimming, bird watching, eco-tours with special hikes to caves, a swimming hole and a kayaking adventure on a nearby lagoon. Horseback riding, massage, shopping trips to Zihuatanejo, a boat trip to beautiful Ixtapa Island with snorkeling, and deep sea fishing are other optional activities.

Tiffany Bucknam took her first Yoga class in 1994. She brings decades of living the esoteric teachings of Yoga and the application of Social Work onto her mat, as well as years of work in healing movement. Through her private practice, Evolition, Tiffany teaches Yoga and physical fitness, and offers compassionate counsel to those seeking healing and integration. She owns the Akasha Collective, a studio space for teachers and students of the movement and contemplative arts in Wheat Ridge, CO. Tiffany’s teaching interests include personalizing practice to accommodate individual needs, making the esoteric practical, and expressing the energy of emotions through the body.
