An Ayurvedic cleanse is powerful in that it nourishes rather than deprives. It is balanced for all constitutions, body-types (or doshas). It is healing and replenishing to both the body and mind. Made up of three stages: preparation, cleansing and post-cleansing (one week for each), this Ayurvedic cleanse removes excess toxins (ama in Sanskrit) of undigested food and mental impressions.
