Healing Yoga and Sound Bath

A Sound Bath begins with Kundalini Yoga and meditation. Then we move into an hour-long deeply restorative sound bath with three beautiful symphonic gongs, crystal alchemy singing bowls, a pandrum, Tibetan bowls and a water bottle. This creates a reinforced vibration that affects the entire body, releasing stress, balancing the nervous system, and bringing the mind to total calm. The sound vibration aligns meridians in the body to open to healing. Come discover the healing power behind sound!

Deva Khalsa is a 27-year veteran of playing the gong and teaching Kundalini Yoga. She is also an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner and Cleansing Facilitator. She teachers yoga thrice weekly at High Desert Yoga and you can experience the gong and singing bowl at her classes.

Avtar Puran is a talented healer and a yogi true and through. She practices massage, yoga and natural therapeutics. She has practiced many yoga disciplines since 2000 and has truly found her affinity for alternative health through different modalities since a child. Once Avtar found Kundalini, she realized it was the yoga that had it all to keep life in balance.
