About The Event
A Sound Bath begins with light yoga and a simple meditation. Then we move into an hour-long deep relaxation with two beautiful symphonic gongs, crystal alchemy singing bowls, and a drum. This creates a reinforced vibration that affects the entire body, releasing stress, balancing the nervous system, and bringing the mind to total calm. The sound vibration aligns meridians which allows the body to open to healing.

Deva Khalsa is a 26-year veteran of playing the gong and teaching Kundalini Yoga. She is also an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner and Cleansing Facilitator. She teachers yoga twice weekly at High Desert Yoga and you can experience the gong and singing bowl at her classes.
Avtar Puran is a massage practitioner, yoga instructor and natural therapeutics specialist. She has practiced many yoga disciplines since 2000 and has truly found her affinity for alternative health through different modalities since a child. Once Avtar found Kundalini, she realized it was the yoga that had it all to keep life in balance.
