About The Event
Dedicated yoga practice affects every layer of our being, from the periphery to the very core. Explore an invigorating and relaxing yoga sequence with specific actions geared to bring about hormonal balance and support a healthy digestive system. Hormones relate to the subtle body and our emotions, as well as metabolism, energy levels, reproductive health, sleep cycles, and more. Our ability to digest, assimilate (biological nutrients as well as new ideas, insights, and experiences) and evacuate waste (physical, mental, emotional) is key to health and wellness. Physical health is foundational to the inward journey towards samadhi and spiritual awakening. Take an afternoon to nourish, tone, replenish and hydrate to glands and vital organs that make your life possible. Health is wealth! Minimum one year of yoga experience recommended.
