Livestream Workshop

About The Event

Use coordinated breathwork, yoga asana and divine touch to heal yourself and your loved one in this special livestream workshop. It's quite a gift of wellness, for the beginning of spring to warm and open the body after the cold contraction of winter. This practice is much more than a massage! It's the balance of the sun and moon energies (sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system) through clearing and activation of energy points and lines. It stems from Ayurvedic medicine passed down by Dr. Shivago who was the physician of Buddha.

Allow this magic to take you and your partner/best friend/loved one to a whole new depth of healing with long term effects for longevity and well being. Good for aiding depression, anxiety, and stress, treat yourself and your friend to this opportunity to be whisked away to Mexico and the deepest states of clarity and meditation that you could ever possibly imagine.

Grab a padded mat on the floor with enough space to move around in, a few Mexican blankets or towels and your partner for this trip to Thai Yoga Massage.

Topics for this workshop:

• Preparation

• Guided Opening Meditation/Reiki

• Tractioning Techniques

• Energy Points and Lines

• Secret Side Moves

• Deep Savasana

• Divine Touch

• Closing Meditation

She considers Thai yoga bodywork "applied yoga" where she can take her clients to an even deeper level of body awareness and energetic and mental clarity.

From 2007-2018 Natalie worked as a yoga teacher and massage therapist at Present Moment Retreat Center in Troncones, Guerrero, MX. Currently she does the same work at the beautiful Yoga Del Pacifico. She also founded Surfers For Strays in 2017, a karma yoga project to help homeless animals in the streets of Mexico. Natalie is an avid surfer who also coaches and considers it a profound spiritual practice that connects her with the source of energy that she loves to share in her classes and treatments. Every November she hosts a 2 week wellness trip in Thailand where the main highlight is a karma cleansing lantern festival.  Check it out at www.thailandwellnessadventures.com
