Deep Relaxation Yoga Nidra is for everyone. No meditation or yoga experience is necessary...all you need to do is experience the transformation of deep deep relaxation.

Deep Relaxation Yoga Nidra is an effective technique for cultivating a deeply calm nervous system that makes it possible to fully relax physically, mentally and emotionally. Bring your mind into a healing, restful state suspended between being awake and asleep. Enjoy feeling revitalized, a calm nervous system, stress relief and increased health and wellness.

This modern-adapted practice of Yoga Nidra, is practical and inclusive welcoming all philosophies, spiritual and non-spiritual practices-it is for everyone. Philosophy is not taught as part of Deep Relaxation Yoga Nidra as the focus is on creating a deeply relaxing and nourishing re-usable practice that works for everyone.

We begin and end each class with a breathwork practice.

You are welcome to stay after class and enjoy a hot cup of tea while transitioning out of practice and into the world.

In offering yoga classes, Heather Lee Farrell works from a diverse yet integrated wellness background rooted in the belief that all aspects of our life matter in creating wellness. She has taught yoga, breath work and meditation since 2003 (ERYT500)and when applicable draws from training in natural movement and myofascial therapy balls into her classes. She is an integrative healthcare practitioner with skill and training in nutrition, health and life coaching plus multiple wellness modalities to support people in transformational wellness shifts.
