Kids, Tween and Teen Camps
New This Year:
Teen/Tween Summer Camp: June 24-27th!
The High Desert Yoga Kids camps are unique. The atmosphere is one of trust and relaxation created throughout each week. We work in small groups, larger groups, and spend time relaxing together and thus develop friendships and bonds that are truly unique! It is a rare chance for kids to spend time each week or longer playing like the children they are.
Yoga can help kids bring active minds into union with active bodies and can help kids focus and calm both connecting with their bodies enabling them to feel empowered and confident. Through yoga, children learn to strengthen and stretch their bodies while learning to calm themselves when they feel stressed, which helps in today's world.
A Typical day at Camp:
- Yoga
- Art and craft activities

2013 Spring and Summer Sessions: Join us for the fun!
We will be offering kids yoga camps for Spring break 2013 and Summer 2013:
Sessions are Monday - Thursday, 1:00-4:00pm
Spring: Week of March 11-14th.
Summer weeks of: June 3, June 17, July 15, July 22nd.
Teen/Tween Summer Camp: June 24-27th!
$10 discount for siblings and multiple week sessions!
Cost: $108.00 per week.
Contact us to discuss daily drop-in rates and to use discounts. It is ideal to attend the entire week; but we are happy to try to meet your needs!
