Why Join a Yoga Retreat?
As workshops expand on the benefits of classes, Retreats expand the benefits of twice daily sessions over a week or longer. One also gains the advantage of being removed from the normal everyday concerns and distractions by placing yourself in a totally new and exotic environment, where you can allow your parameters to expand. Yoga Retreats are meant to stimulate mental and intellectual awareness as well as to promote physical wellbeing. Retreats are cleansing, transforming, healing and powerful in ways beyond our imagination.
