located at 4600 Copper NE, just north of Central and between San
Mateo and Washington.
Our North
Valley studio is located at 1835
Candelaria NW, between 12th and Rio
Grande. We share a building with Betty's Spa,
a luxurious full service day spa. Take a class, soak and relax!
High Desert Yoga's three beautiful classrooms are available for

Our Nob Hill studios are
fully equipped with therapeutic ropes and props. The east studio is
adorned with amazing morning light.

The west studio is large enough
for workshops and will soothe you with the quiet of the sunset.

beautiful natural lighting are the focal points of High Desert Yoga's North Valley studio.
