SPECIAL EVENTS
ONGOING CLASSES AND CLASS SERIES
We offer specialty workshops with our own senior teachers and celebrated guest instructors that have included Angela Farmer, Judith Lasater, Rama Vernon, Erich Shiffmann, Francois Raoult, Elise Miller and in June 2011, Donna Farhi.
Every year we welcome new and returning friends to transformational and rejuvenating week-long yoga retreats hosted and taught by, Zoreh Afsarzadeh on the beach in Troncones, Mexico. We also offer special retreats that give us the opportunity to practice yoga while exploring new places and cultures in locations such as Costa Rica, India, Peru, and in 2012, Bali. We also sponsor regional retreats in our own beloved New Mexico in Jemez and Taos.
We seek to expand and connect with our greater community bringing yoga off of our mats and out of our studio. We strive to offer classes, events and celebrations that bring people from all walks of life together. Please join us in some of our upcoming offerings! Many of these special non-yoga events are donation only.
